I have it from reliable sources that at least one continuing student with an IEP will be enrolled in 3rd grade at Tilden this Fall. This information conflicts with what I was to understand was the be the makeup of the joint 2-3 grade class for 2010.

I don't think any student with an IEP is going to be in the class. Students that are allowed in the general education classroom are students who have speech only and resource IEPs. That is standard for every school. A general education classroom can have up to 5 students with a Resource IEP.
